Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of integrated nursing intervention on patients with heart failure and arrhythmia. Methods:A total of 85 cases with heart failure combined with arrhythmia were randomly divided into the control group with 43 cases and the observation group with 42 cases. They both were treated with conventional treatment. The control group was given conventional nursing, the observation group was given the integrated nursing intervention based on the conventional nursing intervention. Clinical curative effect, treatment com-pliance,quality of life, negative emotion and heart function of the two groups were compared. Results:The efficacy, treatment compliance and cardiac function of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P < 0. 05). After the intervention, the quality of life and negative emotion scores of the two groups were significantly better than those before the intervention(P < 0. 05),and the quality of life and negative emotion scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group after the inter-vention(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:Integrated nursing intervention can significantly improve heart failure combined with arrhythmia patients′quality of life and mental state, improve cardiac function and treatment compliance,so as to improve the curative effect.
