Effect of Meticulous Nursing Intervention on Elderly Patients with Acute Renal Injury

Abstract：Objective:To explore the effect of meticulous nursing intervention on elderly patients with acute renal injury. Methods:A to-tal of 80 elderly patients with acute kidney injury were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given meticulous nursing intervention on the basis of this con-trol group. The clinical efficacy,renal function index,survival rate and nursing satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared. Results:The total efficiency of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0. 05);after the intervention,the two groups′ serum creatinine(Scr),urea nitrogen(BUN)and 24h urine volume were obviously better than those before the intervention(P <0. 05),the level of BUN and Scr in patients of the study group,were significantly lower than the control group(P < 0. 05),24 h urine vol-ume was significantly more than that in the control group(P < 0. 05);the study group′s survival rate and nursing satisfaction were signifi-cantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:Meticulous nursing intervention for elderly patients with acute kidney injury is effective,which can significantly promote renal function recovery,improve survival rate and nursing satisfaction.
