Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the effect of focused solution on the self-management ability of patients with type 2 diabetes. Meth-ods:The randomized controlled trials were collected from PubMed,ScienceDirect,Cochrane Library,CBM,VIP,CNKI,Wanfang database to improve the self-management ability of patients with type 2 diabetes and were searched from inception to May in 2017. After extracting the data from 2 researchers and carrying out strict quality evaluation, the RevMan5. 3 software was used for Meta analysis. Results:A total of 6 studies were included, including 691 patients. The quality levels of 6 papers were all B. The results of Meta analysis showed that there was a significant difference in the self-management ability of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus between the focus solution education group and the conventional care group(P < 0. 00001). Conclusion:Focused solution mode education can effectively improve the self-management ability of patients with type 2 diabetes. However, due to the limitation of current research quantity and quality, more researchcs are needed to verify its intervention effect.
