Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of nursing mode intervention centered on timing theory in postoperative patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI). Methods:A total of 200 AMI patients selected as the research object, according to the random number table method, were divided into the observation group and the control group with 100 cases in each group. The control group only received routine nursing in clinical department of Cardiology. After the discharge, the patients were regularly followed up. On the basis of routine nursing care, the observation group was carried out a systematic and scientific family nursing mode centered on timing theory. The recovery condi-tions and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results:After the intervention, two groups′ basic disease related indicators such as blood pressure, blood glucose and blood lipid were all significantly better than those before the intervention(P < 0. 01),and the ob-servation group′s were significantly better than those in the control group(P < 0. 01). After the discharge, the quality of life score in the ob-servation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0. 01). Conclusion:The implementation of nursing mode inter-vention centered on timing theory for AMI patients can promote the recovery of patients and improve the quality of life of patients, which is worthy of clinical application.
