Application of Clinical Nursing Pathway in Elderly Patients with Gastric Cancer Surgery

Abstract：Objective:To explore the effect of clinical nursing path in the elderly patients with gastric cancer surgery.Methods:A total of 70 elderly patients with gastric cancer were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 35 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given clinical nursing pathway.The nursing effect of two groups was compared.Results:There were statistically significant differences in two groups′postoperative rehabilitation indicators,the mastery con-ditions of knowledge of disease and quality of life scores(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical nursing pathway can promote the elderly pa-tients with gastric cancer to recover as soon as possible and improve the level of knowledge and quality of life.
