Effect of Targeted Nursing on Patients with Bone Tumor Chemotherapy

Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of targeted nursing on patients with chemotherapy of bone tumor.Methods:A total of 72 cases of bone tumor chemotherapy patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,36 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing care,and the observation group was given targeted nursing on this basis of the control group. The Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)scores,Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores,social support rating scale(SSRS)scores,treatment compliance rate and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results:The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the SSRS score was signif-icantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Targeted nursing can effectively improve the negative emotions of patients with bone tumor chemotherapy,help patients get more social sup-port,improve treatment compliance and reduce the incidence of complications.
