Application of Whole Course Nursing with Responsibility and Contract System in LC Patients

Abstract:Objective:To explore the application effects of whole course nursing in the whole course of laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC).Methods:A total of 90 cases of LC were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,45 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing measures,and the study group implemented the whole responsibility nursing system.The nursing effects of two groups were compared.Results:After the intervention,the Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score of the study group was signif-icantly lower than that of the control group.After the operation,the ambulation time,postoperative anal exhaust time and hospitalization time were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The whole process of holistic nursing with responsi-bility and contract system can make nursing service work more comprehensive,comprehensive and professional.It can relieve the pain of LC patients and promote the rehabilitation process in two aspects of body and mind.
