Effect of Cooperative Nursing Intervention on Discharged Elderly Patients with Total Hip Replacement
Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of cooperative nursing intervention on discharged elderly patients with total hip replacement. Methods:A total of 78 elderly patients with total hip replacement were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group with 39 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing after the discharged,and the intervention group was given collabo-rative nursing intervention on the basis of this.The nursing effect of two groups was compared.Results:There were statistically significant differences in scores of Barthel index,Harris score,and health survey scale(SF-36)score between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cooperative nursing intervention can effectively improve the joint function of the elderly patients with total hip replacement after discharge, and improve their daily activity and quality of life.
