Effect of Different Continuous Nursing Modes on the Quality of Life of the Discharged Patients with Glaucoma

Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of different continuous nursing modes on the quality of life of the discharged patients with glau -coma.Methods:A total of 180 cases of glaucoma were divided into 6 groups according to the random number table method ,with 30 cases in each group.Group A was the control group,and group B1,group B2,B3,B4 and B5 were all intervention groups,and the different continuous nursing methods were taken respectively .The quality of life of the 6 groups was investigated by questionnaire ,and the difference of the quality of life and the influencing factors of these groups were analyzed .Results:There were significant differences in symptoms ,visual function and psychological scores in group B1,group B3 and group B5 compared with group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:Telephone follow-up,WeChat fol-low-up and out-patient follow-up were effective measures for continuous nursing in glaucoma patients .Effective continuous nursing care was applied to improve the quality of life of glaucoma patients ,especially in terms of symptoms ,visual function and mental health .
