Abstract:Objective:To explore the application effect of individualized nursing intervention on limb muscle atrophy in patients with ICU.Methods:A total of 100 ICU patients enrolled from January from December in 2016 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 50 cases in each group .46 cases of each group finally finished this project .The control group was given routine nursing method ,and the experimental group was given individualized nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing method .The limb circumference, joint mobility and joint deformity were compared at yhe time of admission ,10th days,30th days and 45th days after the ad-mission.Results:On the 30th day and the 45th day,the experimental group′s limb circumference was significantly higher than that of con-trol group(P<0.05);on the 30th day,the degree of hip joint movement in the experimental group was significantly better than that in con -trol group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Individualized nursing intervention can slow down the speed of muscle atrophy in patients with long -term bedridden ICU ,and reduce the abnormal situation of hip joint activity .
