Effect of Cluster Nursing Intervention Mode on Threatened Abortion in Elderly Patients

Abstract：Objective:To explore the nursing effect of cluster nursing intervention mode in elderly threatened abortion patients and its influence on the quality of life of patients .Methods:A total of 60 elderly threatened abortion patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group ,30 cases in each group .The control group was treated with conventional nursing care ,while the observa-tion group was treated with cluster nursing intervention .Cognitive,social,physical and emotional role function before and after the nursing intervention of two groups were compared by the SF-36 quality of life scale ,and depression conditions ,obsessive-compulsive symptoms ,in-terpersonal sensitivity were compared between two groups before and after the nursing by the SCL -90 scale.Nursing satisfaction rates were compared between two groups by the self-designed questionnaires .Results:After the nursing intervention ,the SF-36 score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05),and the SCL-90 scores of depression was significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction rate was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclu-sion:The application effect of cluster nursing intervention model in elderly threatened abortion patients is satisfactory ,and it is worthy of popularization and application .
