Application of Cluster Nursing Intervention in HFMD Patients after Lumbar Puncture

Abstract：Objective:To explore the application effect of cluster nursing intervention methods in HFMD patients after lumbar puncture and the effect .Methods:A total of 40 cases with hand-foot-and-mouth disease after lumbar puncture were selected from January to Septem-ber of 2016 as the control group ,and were given the routine nursing measures;A total of 40 cases with hand-foot-and-mouth disease after lumbar puncture were selected from October of 2016 to June of 2017 as the experimental group ,and were given the cluster nursing interven-tion.Postoperative compliance ,discomfort rate and overall satisfaction were compared between the two groups .Results:The degree of post-operative compliance and overall satisfaction rate of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group ( P<0.05),and the discomfort rate was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The cluster nursing interven-tion for hand-foot-and-disease children after lumbar puncture ,can improve patient compliance ,relieve patients pain and improve nursing satisfaction.
