Effect of Rational Emotional Behavior Nursing on Patients with Burn and Plastic Surgery
Abstract：Objective:To explore the effect of rational emotional behavior nursing on patients with burn plastic surgery .Methods:A total of 116 burn and plastic patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 58 cases in each group .The control group was given routine nursing care ,and the observation group was given rational emotional behavior nursing on the basis of routine nursing car .The nursing effects of the two groups were compared .Results:There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in nursing satisfaction,quality of life assessment(SF-36)scores and symptom checklist 90(SCL-90)scores(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rational emotional behavior nursing can improve the satisfaction of patients with burn and plastic surgery ,improve the quality of life and psychological state of patients .
