Application of "Trinity"Practice Teaching Method in First-aid Skills Training for Junior Nurses

Abstract：Objective:To explore the application effect of "Trinity"practice teaching method in first -aid skills training for junior nur-ses.Methods:A total of 76 junior nurses who worked in emergency ICU less than 5 years were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 38 cases in each group .The experimental group was trained by "Trinity"practice teaching method ,while the control group was trained by the traditional teaching method .The theoretical test scores ,skill assessment scores and the trainees′satisfac-tion rate with the training methods were compared between the two groups after training .Results:After the training,the scores of skill as-sessment and the satisfaction rate of training methods in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the theoretical test scores between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:"Trinity"practice teaching method can give full play to the role of teaching ,simulation and practice in training ,which can significantly improve the effect of first-aid skills training for junior nurses .
