Application of Interactive Intervention Mode in Elderly Patients with Intertrochanteric Fracture during Perioperative Period
Abstract：Objective:To explore the application effect of interactive intervention mode in elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture during perioperative period .Methods:A total of 160 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture were randomly divided into the observa-tion group and the control group ,80 cases in each group .The control group was given routine nursing care during the perioperative period , and the observation group was given the interactive intervention mode , and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared .Results:There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in length of stay ,complication rate ,nursing satisfaction ,self-manage-ment ability and quality of life score(P<0.05).Conclusion:The interactive intervention mode can shorten the hospitalization time ,reduce the incidence of complications ,improve the satisfaction degree of nursing ,improve the quality of life and self-management level of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture .
