Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of individualized nursing intervention on the quality of life and dyspnea in patients with in -terstitial pneumonia. Methods:A total of 158 patients with interstitial pneumonia were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,79 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing care, and the observation group was treated with individualized nursing intervention.Arterial oxygen partial pressure(PaO2),residual volume(RV),the second time vital capacity(FEV1), forced vital capacity(FVC)and diffusion function(DLCO),quality of life scale WHO(WHOQOL-100)score,anxiety depression score,de-gree of dyspnea score and 6 minutes walk test(6MWT)of the two groups were compared before the intervention and 6 months after the in-tervention.Results:After 6 months of the intervention, there was a statistically significant difference between two groups′PaO2,RV,FEV1, FVC,DLCO,WHOQOL-100 score, anxiety and depression score, dyspnea score, and 6MWT(P<0.05).Conclusion:Individualized nursing intervention for patients with interstitial pneumonia can effectively improve PaO 2,FEV1,FVC,improve anxiety and depression, dyspnea and pulmonary function, and improve the quality of life of patients.
