Effect of Continuous Nursing Care on the Compliance Rate and Quality of Life in Elderly Patients with Myocardial Infarction

Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of continuous nursing care on the compliance rate and quality of life in elderly patients with myocardial infarction.Methods:A total of 103 cases of elderly patients with myocardial infarction in our hospital were selected as the re-search object.They were randomly divided into the control group with 51 cases and the observation group with 52 cases.The observation group was given continuous nursing care,and the control group was given routine nursing care.Results:6 months and 12 months after dis-charge,the observation group′s compliance rate was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);6 and 12 months after discharge,the observation group′s SAQ score was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);nursing satisfaction rate of observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group′s activity limitation,angina pec-toris and treatment satisfaction scores were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous nursing care for elderly patients with myocardial infarction care,can improve the objective indicators of patients,improve their compliance rate, quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
