Application of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention Mode in the Treatment of Neonatal Hyperbilirubinemia with Blue Light Irradiation

Abstract：Objective:To explore the application of comprehensive intervention in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia with blue light irradiation.Methods:A total of 300 cases of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 150 cases in each group,were undergoing phototherapy treatment.The control group was given routine nursing care, while the observation group was implemented comprehensive nursing intervention based on routine nursing care,including massage care, blue light regulation,drug and disease monitoring and support psychological nursing.Before and after the nursing,the changes of bilirubin and milk intake were compared between the two groups,and the time of jaundice subsided,the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared.Results:There was significantly statistical difference in total bilirubin and indirect bilirubin between two groups before and after the nursing treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group′s total bilirubin and indirect bilirubin were significantly lower than those in the control group after nursing treatment(P<0.01).The 1st、3rd、5th day after the nursing,two groups′milk intake were obviously higher than those before the treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group′s were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).The observation group′s jaundice dissipation time was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.01),the total efficacy rate of clinical treat-ment was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).The incidence of skin rash,skin injury,crying and dehydration in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion:During the implementation of blue light irradiation in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia,the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention mode has signifi-cant effect,which is helpful to improve the clinical efficacy and reduce adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical application and promo-tion.
