Influence of Disease-management Ability and Negative Emotion on Post-traumatic Growth in PCI Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

Abstract：Objective:To explore the effect of disease management ability and negative emotion on post -traumatic growth in PCI patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 80 PCI patients with coronary artery disease were assessed by coronary heart disease self -management behavior scale(CSMS),Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Post-traumatic Growth Rating Scale(PTGI),and were assessed by the application of Pearson single factor analysis to analyze the influence of disease -management ability and negative emotions on post-traumatic growth of the patients.Results:The growth score of trauma patients with coronary heart disease af-ter PCI was(58.25 ±5.12)and SAS score was(60.12 ±5.02),SDS score was(59.02 ±4.78),self-management behavior score was (52.12 ±8.45).There was a statistically significant difference in scores about disease-management ability,negative emotion and post-trau-matic growth patients with different age,different degree,detail duration,complications and whether the patients received the intervention of disease-management ability(P<0.05).By Pearson single factor analysis,the total score of post-traumatic growth,life perception,personal strength,relationship with others,self-change and new possibility were negatively correlated with SAS score and SDS score(P<0.05). There was a positive correlation between the total score of self-management behavior,symptom management,emotion management,emergen-cy management,disease cognition management,life management and treatment compliance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The disease-manage-ment ability of PCI patients is low,and there are obvious symptoms of anxiety and depression.Therefore,nurses could strengthen the man-agement of patients′disease behavior,improve the patients′disease management ability,and guide patients to improve their bad mood,so as to promote the postoperative growth of patients.
