Application of Self-management Mode in Rehabilitation of Patients Undergoing Knee Replacement

Abstract：Objective:To explore the application effect of self-management mode in rehabilitation of patients undergoing knee replace-ment.Methods:A total of 100 cases of unilateral knee replacement were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 50 cases in each group .The control group received conventional education mode ,and the observation group was given self-management mode on the basis of the control group .The application of self management scale ,quality of life score(QOL score),the hospital for Special Surgery score(HSS score),hospitalization time and knee flexion 90 degree time is to evaluate two groups rehabilitation condition and com-pare two groups′nursing satisfaction rate.Results:The observation group′s self-management scores and life quality scores ,HSS scores,hospi-talization time and knee flexion 90 degree time were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05);the observation group′s nursing satisfaction rate was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Self-management mode has better application effect in the rehabilitation of knee replacement patients ,and is worthy of clinical application .
