Application of Continuous Quality Improvement Nursing in Patients with Knee Cartilage Injury

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the application and effect of continuous quality improvement nursing in patients with knee cartilage injury.Methods:A total of 102 patients with knee cartilage injury were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 51 cases in each group .The control group was given routine nursing intervention ,and the observation group was given continuous qual-ity improvement nursing intervention .The joint pain degrees , satisfaction rate , exercise compliance , complication rate and quality of life were compared between the two groups after operation .Results:The 1st,2nd,3rd day after the operation,the observation group′s the visual analogue scale(VAS)scores were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05);the observation group′s patients satisfac-tion rate,exercise compliance rate were significantly higher than those in the control group ,and the complication rate was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group′s SF-36 score was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous quality improvement nursing can effectively relieve pain in patients with knee cartilage injury ,improve pa-tient satisfaction ,reduce the incidence of complications ,and improve the quality of life of patients .
