Application of Integrated Nursing Care Model in Patients Undergoing Preserving lithotomy

Abstract：Objective:To explore the effect of integrated nursing care model in patients undergoing preserving lithotomy .Methods:A to-tal of 72 patients who received preserving lithotomy were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group ,36 cases in each group .The control group was given the basic nursing intervention mode , and the observation group was treated with the integrated nursing care model .The intervention effects between the two groups were compared .Results:The differences of preoperative preparation time,operation time,hospitalization time,erroneous event rate and satisfaction degree between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrated nursing care model can guarantee the successful implementation of the operation of preserving li -thotomy,improve the prognosis,reduce the error events and improve the satisfaction .
