Application of Early Systematic Rehabilitation Nursing in Patients with Craniocerebral Injury

Abstract：Objective:To explore the application effect of early systematic rehabilitation nursing care in patients with craniocerebral in -jury.Methods:A total of 84 patients with craniocerebral injury were randomly divided into the control group (40 cases)and the observation group(44 cases).The control group received routine nursing intervention ,and the observation group received early systematic rehabilitation nursing intervention.The quality of life,neurologic impairment scale(NIHSS)score,Barthel index(BI)score and complication occurrence were compared between the two groups before and after the nursing care .Results:Each dimension scores of comprehensive assessment of quality of life questionnaire ( GQLI) and BI scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group after nursing care(P<0.05);the incidence of complication and NIHSS scores in observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early systematic rehabilitation nursing intervention can improve the quality of life and improve the neurological function of patients with traumatic brain injury .
