Application of Emergency High Quality Nursing Care in Patients with Spinal Cord Injury
Abstract：Objective:To study the effect of emergency high quality nursing intervention on patients with spinal cord injury .Methods:From January to June,2016,39 cases of spinal cord injury patients were taken as the control group and were received the routine admission nursing service;from July in 2016 to January in 2017,39 cases with spinal cord injury were taken as the intervention group and were re-ceived emergency high quality nursing service on the basis of routine nursing care .The scores of clinical nursing quality ,Self-rating Anxiety Scale ( SAS) and quality of life ( QOL) scores were compared between the two groups .Results:After the intervention ,the scores of SAS in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the same group before the intervention ,and the intervention group′s were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).The scores of clinical nursing quality and quality of life in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Emergency quality care can improve the quality of clinical care ,improve anxiety and improve the quality of life of patients .
