Effects of Leading Oral Targeted Drugs Management by Nurse on Treatment Compliance and Quality of Life in Patients with Non-small-cell Lung Carcinoma
Abstract:Objective:To explore the influence of leading oral targeted drugs management by nurse on treatment compliance and quality of life of patients with non-small-cell lung carcinoma .Methods:A total of 60 cases of non-small-cell lung carcinoma patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 30 cases in each group .The control group was given conventional nursing , while the observation group was given leading oral targeted drugs by nurse management .The two groups′conditions of treatment compli-ance,quality of life and adverse reaction were compared .Results:The 2nd,3rd,4th,5th,6th month after the discharge, the observation group′s number of drug events were significantly less than those of the control group (P<0.05).There were significant differences in the number of drug events between 6 months in the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment, the two groups′quality of life scores were significantly higher than those before the treatment (P<0.01,P<0.05),and the observation group′s scores were significantly higher than those in the control group after treatment (P<0.01,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significant-ly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with non-small-cell lung carcinoma, the use of nurse leading o-ral targeted drug management can significantly improve the compliance of treatment ,improve the quality of life of patients ,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions .It is worthy of clinical promotion .
