Application of Targeted Nursing Intervention Model in Parturients after Cesarean Section

Abstract：Objective:To explore the application and effect of targeted nursing intervention model in parturients after cesarean section . Methods:A total of 112 cases of parturients after cesarean section were randomly divided into the control group with 54 cases and the obser-vation group with 58 cases.The control group was given routine nursing intervention ,while the observation group was given targeted nursing intervention model ,and the effects of two groups of nursing care were compared .Results:There were significantly statistical differences in the scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),subjective well-being scale(SWBS-CC)and fear degree between the two groups after maternal nursing care (P<0.05).Conclusions:The targeted nursing intervention model can effectively relieve the negative emotions of parturients after cesarean section and improve the overall mental health level .
