Effect of Evidence-based Nursing on Children with Snoring during General Anesthesia Operation

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of evidence-based nursing on children with snoring during general anesthesia operation . Methods:48 children with snoring were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group ,24 cases in each group .The con-trol group received routine nursing care ,while the observation group received evidence-based nursing care .The incidence of restlessness , the incidence of postoperative complications and the satisfaction rate of family members were compared between the two groups .Results:The incidence of restlessness and postoperative complications in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction rate of the family members was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Con-clusion:The implementation of evidence-based nursing for children with snoring during general anesthesia surgery can effectively reduce the incidence of emergence agitation and the incidence of postoperative complications ,to avoid accidents of the recovery period ,to ensure that children general anesthesia safety ,improve family satisfaction rate .
