Influence of Perioperative Psychological Nursing Combined with Music Intervention on Gynecological Tumor Patients

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the effect of perioperative psychological care and music intervention on gynecological tumor pa -tients.Methods:A total of 104 cases of patients with gynecological tumor surgery were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 52 cases in each group .The control group was treated with routine perioperative nursing care ,while the observation group was treated with perioperative psychological nursing combined with music intervention on the basis of the control group .The Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention .Results:After the intervention ,the two groups′SAS and SDS scores were significantly lower than those of the same group before the intervention(P<0.05),and the observation group′s SAS and SDS scores were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).24 h and 48 h after the operation,the observation group′s VAS scores were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Perioperative psychological nursing care combined with music intervention can effectively relieve the negative emotion of gynecological tumor patients and relieve the pain degree after the operation .
