Quantifying the Effect of Early Ambulation on Postoperative Colorectal Cancer Patients
Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effects of quantifying early ambulation on postoperative colorectal cancer patients .Methods:A total of 86 cases of colorectal cancer surgery patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group ,43 cases in each group.The control group received traditional early activities ,while the observation group quantified early ambulation activity ,and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared .Results:There were statistically significant differences in the first ambulation time ,the am-bulation rate in the postoperative 24 h,the first postoperative exhaust time ,the first defecation time and the postoperative hospital stay ( P<0.05).Conclusion:Quantifying early ambulation can promote the rehabilitation of patients with colorectal cancer as soon as possible and shorten the postoperative hospital stay .
