Influence of Zero Defect Nursing Concept on the Quality of Life and the Recovery of Neurological Function in Patients with Cerebral Hemor-rhage

Abstract:Objective:To explore the influence of zero defect nursing concept on the quality of life and the recovery of neurological func -tion in patients with cerebral hemorrhage .Methods:A total of 50 patients with cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into the observa-tion group and the control group ,25 cases in each group .The control group was given routine nursing care ,and the observation group was given the concept of zero defect nursing .The quality of life ,neurological function recovery and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the observation group′s scores of vision,work ability,thinking ability,upper limb function,self-care ability, social role,emotion,personality,language,movement,physical energy,family activity were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the NIHSS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group ( P<0.05),and the total satisfaction rate of the observation group after nursing was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclu-sion:The application of zero defect nursing concept in patients with cerebral hemorrhage can effectively improve the quality of life and sat -isfaction rate and promote the recovery of their neurological function.
