Influence of TCM Syndrome Differentiation Nursing Care on Anxiety and Compliance of Patients with Depressive Psychosis

Abstract：Objective:To explore the influence of TCM syndrome differentiation nursing care on anxiety and compliance of patients with depressive psychosis .Methods:A total of 100 patients with depressive psychosis according to the random number table method were ran -domly divided into the intervention group and the control group with 50 cases in each group .The control group was given routine nursing in-tervention ,while the intervention group was given TCM syndrome differentiation nursing intervention in patients with depressive psychosis . The compliance and anxiety of the two groups were evaluated by the self-made compliance questionnaire ,the negative symptom rating scale ( SANS) and the Hamilton Anxiety Scale ( HAMA) .Results:The rate of treatment compliance in intervention group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05);the intervention group′s SANS and HAMA scores were significantly lower than those of control group (P<0.05)at the third and the sixth month.Conclusion:TCM syndrome differentiation nursing can effectively improve the anxiety and treatment compliance of patients with depressive psychosis ,and is helpful to relieve the symptoms of the patients.
