Effects of Evidence-based Nursing on Unhealthy Lifestyle and Negative Emotion in Patients with CHD

Abstract:Objective:To explore the influence of evidence-based nursing on unhealthy lifestyle and negative emotion in elderly patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease ( CHD) Methods:A total of 105 patients with CHD patients according to the different nursing methods were divided into the observation group with 53 cases and the control group with 52 cases.The observation group received evi-dence-based nursing ,while the control group received routine nursing intervention .Negative emotions ,the mastery of health knowledge ,life-style and nursing satisfaction were compared within two groups .Results:After the nursing intervention ,the negative emotion in the observa-tion group was significantly better than that in the intervention group (P<0.05).The observation group was superior to the control group in the mastery of CHD related health knowledge,lifestyle and nursing satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of evidence-based nursing for patients with CHD can significantly improve the negative emotions of patients ,improve their compliance and self-protec-tion awareness ,and consciously correct unhealthy lifestyle ,which is conducive to rehabilitation of the disease.
