Effect of Continuous Nursing Based on WeChat on Anxiety and Depression in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

Abstract：Objective:To explore effect of continuous nursing based on WeChat on anxiety and depression in patients with coronary heart disease .Methods:64 patients with coronary heart disease combined with anxiety and depression were selected as the research object , and were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group with 32 cases in each group .The experimental group was giv-en continuous nursing based on WeChat ,while the control group was given conventional continuous nursing .Before the discharging and the third month after discharging ,the conditions of anxiety and depression ,self-management behavior and the quality of life were compared be-tween two groups by using the Self-rating Anxiety Scale ( SAS) ,Self-rating Depression Scale ( SDS) and coronary heart disease self manage-ment behavior scale(CSMS)and Seattle angina scale of quality of life (SAQ).Results:At the time of rechecking,two groups′SAS score and SDS score were significantly lower than those before discharging (P<0.01),and the experimental group′s were significantly lower than the control group′s(P<0.01).Furthermore,two groups′CSMS scores were significantly higher than those before discharging (P<0.01), and the experimental group′s was significantly higher than the control group′s(P<0.01).Finally,two groups′SAQ scores in addition to the limited degree of physical activity were significantly better than those before discharging (P<0.01,P<0.05).The score of treatment sat-isfaction and disease cognition of SAQ in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.01).Conclu-sion:For patients with coronary heart disease complicated with anxiety and depression ,the continuous care based on WeChat can improve the psychological status of patients ,improve the self-management behavior and quality of life of patients ,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
