The Influence of WeChat Continuous Nursing on Primipara

Abstract：Objective:To explore the influence of WeChat continuous nursing on primipara.Methods:202 primiparas were randomly divided into the experimental group(102 cases)and the control group(100 cases).The control group was given routine nursing instruction after discharge,and the experimental group was given WeChat continuous nursing care after discharge.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:At the time of discharge,1 month after discharge,3 months after discharge,the difference of self-care ability scale and the quality of life of the WHO BREF score was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:WeChat continuous nursing care can effectively improve the primiparas′ self-care ability and quality of life,reduce complications.
