Application of Systematic Sleep Nursing Intervention in Patients with Schizophrenia and Sleep Disorders

Abstract：Objective:To explore the effect of systematic sleep nursing intervention in patients with schizophrenia and sleep disorders.Methods:A total of 116 cases of schizophrenia patients with sleep disorders were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 58 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing,and the observation group were given systemic sleep nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.Nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the observation group′s Pittsburgh sleep quality index,positive and negative symptom scale scores were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:Systematic sleep nursing intervention can effectively improve sleep quality and relieve schizophrenia symptoms in patients with schizophrenia and sleep disorders.
