Application of Preoperative Eye Level Fixation Training in Patients with Glaucoma Trabeculectomy

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the effect of preoperative eye level fixation training in patients with glaucoma trabeculectomy.Methods:A total of 84 cases of glaucoma trabeculectomy were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,42 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing measures,and the observation group was given the preoperative eye level fixation training on the basis of the control group.The number of eye position adjustment,the number of microscope position adjustment,the head and face deviation ratio,the rate of rotation of eyeball,the rate of corneal damage,the time of operation and the rate of patient satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results:The observation group′s the number of eye position adjustment and the number of microscope position adjustment were significantly less than those in the control group.The observation group′s the head and face deviation ratio,the rate of eyeball rotation rate,the rate of corneal damage were significantly lower than those in the control group.The observation group′s operation time was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the satisfaction rate of the patients was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Preoperative eye position training can ensure the fixation of eyes during the trabeculectomy,shorten the operation time,and be easy to operate.It is worthy of clinical application.
