Application of Cluster Transportation Mode in AMI Patients after Cardiac Catheterization
Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of cluster transportation mode in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)after cardiac catheterization.Methods:88 patients with acute myocardial infarction undergoing cardiac catheterization during Apri 2015 to March 2016 were enrolled as the control group, and conventional transportation mode was adopted. From April 2016 to March 2017,96 patients with acute myocardial infarction undergoing cardiac catheterization surgery were taken as the observation group, and cluster transport mode was adopted. Results:The incidence of severe adverse complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the transport time was significantly shorter than that of the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cluster transportation mode can reduce the incidence of adverse complications and shorten the transit time in patients with AMI,and thus ensure the safety of patients.
