Effect of HtoH Continuous Care on Patients Undergoing Cardiac Valve Replacement
Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of continuous care in hospital to home(HtoH)on cardiac valve replacement patients. Methods:A total of 130 patients with cardiac valve replacement were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,65 cases in each group. The experimental group received HtoH continuous nursing care from admission to 1 year after discharge, while the control group received routine care. The scores of quality of life scale(SF-36),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)scores and the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events of anticoagulation in 1 year were compared between two groups. Results:The experimental group′s SF-36 scores were significantly higher than those in the control group, and there was no significant difference in physiological function(P>0.05)and there were significant differences in other items(P<0.05,P<0.01).Before operation, before the discharge,1 year after the discharge, the experimental group′s HAMA scores were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Within 1 years after discharge, the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:HtoH continuous care can improve the quality of life, alleviate the negative emotions, and reduce the incidence of complications.
