Application of Continuous Nursing Care Based on Family System Therapy in Elderly Patients after Hip Replacement

Abstract：Objective:To explore the effect of continuous nursing care based on family system therapy in elderly patients after hip replacement.Methods:A total of 146 elderly patients with hip replacement were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,73 cases in each group.The control group received routine continuous nursing intervention,and the observation group was implemented the continuous nursing intervention based on the family system therapy.The family function rating scale(FAD)scores,social support rating scale scores,Harris hip function scores,Barthel index scores and the rate of self-nursing care were compared between the two groups.Results:The FAD scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group.The social support scale scores,the rate of self-nursing,the Harris and Barthel index scores of the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The continuous nursing intervention based on family system therapy can effectively improve the family function of elderly patients after hip replacement,improve the social support and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
