Application of Seamless Nursing Mode in Postoperative Restlessness of Department of Neurosurgery Patients

Abstract:Objective:To explore the application and effect of seamless nursing mode in postoperative restlessness of Department of Neurosurgery patients.Methods:A total of 129 patients with craniocerebral surgery were randomly divided into observation group(65 cases)and control group(64 cases).The control group received routine nursing measures after operation,and the observation group received the seamless nursing mode on the basis of routine nursing care.The restlessness of two groups was assessed by Ricker sedation agitation rating method,and the vital signs and adverse events were compared between two groups.Results:The incidence of restlessness in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The changes of diastolic blood pressure,systolic pressure,respiratory rate and heart rate were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse events was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Seamless nursing mode can relieve the postoperative restlessness of the department of neurosurgery patients,improve the initiative service consciousness of the medical staff and effectively avoid the occurrence of adverse events.
