Effect of Rehabilitation Training Nursing on Patients with Spinal Cord Injury Complicated with Neurogenic Bladder Dysfunction

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of rehabilitation training on the patients with spinal cord injury(SCI)and neurogenic bladder dysfunction(NB).Methods:A total of 92 cases with SCI complicated with NB were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the doctor′s recommendation and the patients′ wishes,each group with 46 cases.The control group was given routine clinical nursing service and examination,and the observation group was given rehabilitation training and nursing on the basis of the control group,and the effect of two groups of nursing was compared.Results:There were significant differences in bladder volume,residual urine volume,urinary tract infection rate,renal function damage rate and urinary tract abnormal rate between the two groups after training(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rehabilitation training can effectively relieve the bladder dysfunction in patients with SCI and NB,improve the rehabilitation effect and reduce complications.
