Risk Factors of Pressure Sores in Patients with Spinal Fractures and Nursing Countermeasures

Abstract:Objective:To analyze the risk factors of pressure sores in patients with spinal fractures and to formulate scientific nursing countermeasures.Methods:A total of 226 cases of spinal fracture were divided into non ulcer group(154 cases)and ulcer group(72 cases).The single factor analysis was screened the related factors of bedsore,and then the statistically significant variables were incorporated in multivariate Logistic regression model.Finally,the risk factors of bedsore in patients with spinal fracture were analyzed.Results:The elder,obesity,malnutrition,diabetes mellitus,hypertension,conservative treatment and pain were associated with pressure sores in patients with spinal fractures(P<0.05).Analyzing by multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the elder,obesity,malnutrition and diabetes were independent risk factors of pressure sores in patients with spinal fractures.Conclusion:The elder,obesity,malnutrition and diabetes are closely related to the pressure sores in patients with spinal fractures.It can help to formulate more targeted nursing measures and reduce the occurrence of pressure sores.
