Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the effect of accelerated rehabilitation surgery(ERAS)in endoscopic submucosal dissection for early gastric cancer. Methods:A total of 80 cases of early gastroesophageal cancer patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each group. The control group used routine perioperative nursing, and the observation group applied ERAS operative nursing during the perioperative period. The effects of postoperative rehabilitation and quality of life were compared between two groups. Results:The observation group′s postoperative visual analogue score was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and anal exhaust time, gastrointestinal catheter indwelling time, ambulation time and hospitalization time were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Satisfaction scores were significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).After the intervention, the physiological field, psychological field, social relations, environment and quality of life score were significantly higher than those before the intervention(P<0.05),and the observation group′s was significantly higther than the control group′s(P<0.05).Conclusion:The concept of ERAS can effectively relieve postoperative pain in endoscopic submucosal dissection for patients with early gastric cancer, promote postoperative rehabilitation, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve postoperative quality of life.
