Whole Robot Minimally Invasive Atrial Septal Defect Repair in 54 Cases Ward Management
Abstract:Objective:To investigate the method and effect of ward management after whole robot minimally invasive atrial septal defect repair(ASDR).Methods:We selected 54 patients who underwent total robotic ASDR by general anesthesia under cardiopulmonary.Postoperative health education,respiratory function management,pain management,incision drainage tube management,lower limb circulation management,subcutaneous emphysema management,infrastructure and personnel management,discharge guidance and other ward management measures were applied to the patients.Results:All the 54 patients recovered within 1 weeks without complications.Conclusion:Standard nursing process,standardized nursing mode,the reasonable layout of ward environment and strict management of medical equipment and professional medical staff are the indispensable parts of the rehabilitation of patients after total robotic cardiac surgery,are the keys to the ward management after operation.
