Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of cluster nursing on patients with early enteral nutrition through nasal endoscopic enteral nutrition tube in patients undergoing laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy(LPD).Methods:A total of 60 patients with early enteral nutrition after LPD were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 30 cases in each group, and two groups were treated by transnasal eternal nutrition tube for enteral nutrition. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given cluster nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The recovery of gastrointestinal function, complications and improvement of quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results:The observation group′s recovery time and postoperative anal exhaust time, recovery time of bowel sounds, bowel recovery time, ambulation time and hospitalization time were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications such as feeding intolerance, gastrointestinal stress ulcer and digestive tract bleeding in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),while the nutrition index rate of 7 d was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention, the quality of life score in the observation group was higher than that in the observation group before the intervention and that in the control group after the intervention. Conclusion:Clustering nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of LPD postoperative complications, improve gastrointestinal function and improve the quality of life in patients with early enteral nutrition after endoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy.
