Abstract:Objective:To explore the effects of evidence-based nursing on the quality of life, negative emotion and satisfaction of elderly patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease. Methods:A total of 188 elderly patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,94 cases in each group. The control group was given routine drug treatment and routine care, and the observation group was given evidence-based nursing on this basis of the control group. The life style, emotional status, nursing satisfaction and complication rate of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results:After the intervention, there was a statistically significant difference between the observation group conditions of drinking and smoking, diet, exercise and overweight and those in the control group and those in the same group before the intervention(P<0.05,P<0.01).After the intervention, there was a statistically significant difference in SAS,SDS scores between the observation group and the control group(P<0.01).The complication rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Evidence-based nursing has significantly improved the life style, negative emotion and nursing satisfaction of elderly patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease.
