Application of Mobile Client APP in Patients with Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease
Abstract：Objective:To investigate the effects of mobile client APP in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease(cor pulmonale).Methods:A total of 108 cases of patients with pulmonary heart disease in hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 54 cases in each group.The control group was given with routine discharge guidance and health education,and the observation group was given mobile phone client APP health education based on the control group.The nursing effect,compliance behavior rate,related indicators and quality of life score were observed before and after the intervention in two groups.Results:The observation group nursing effects and compliance behaviors rate were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).After the intervention,two groups′ related indexes and life quality scores were significantly better than those before the intervention(P<0.05),and the observation group′s was significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of mobile client APP in patients with pulmonary heart disease can significantly improve the patients′ nursing effect and compliance behavior,improve respiratory function and improve the quality of life,and is worthy of clinical application.
