Effect of Nocturnal Hemodialysis and Nursing Intervention on Cardiac Function in Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the effect of nocturnal hemodialysis(NHD) and nursing intervention on cardiac function in patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis(MHD).Methods:A total of 60 patients with MHD in the blood purification center were selected.All patients were given with chronic kidney disease integration and routine day MHD treatment for more than 3 months.The patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was given NHD and nursing intervention,while the control group received routine nursing care.6 months after the intervention,there is a comparison between two groups′ high sensitive C reactive protein(hsCRP),parathyroid hormone(iPTH),Kt/V,mean arterial pressure(MAP),left ventricular diastolic diameter(LVEDd),left atrial diameter(LAD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),mitral E peak blood flow with the A peak ratio(E/A) changes before and after the intervention.using the self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and self rating Depression Scale(SDS) to evaluate and record the treatment compliance in the course of treatment in two groups.The Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and the Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS) were used to evaluate the treatment compliance of the two groups.Results:After the intervention,there was a significant difference in hs-CRP,iPTH,MPA,LVEF and E/A between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05) and there was a significant difference of them in the observation group between before and after the intervention.The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the treatment compliance of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:NHD and nursing intervention for patients with MHD can improve anxiety and depression,improve treatment compliance,and play a certain role in the improvement of heart function.
