Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of digital intervention on psoriasis patients by Meta-analysis.Methods:By searching Pubmed,Embace,Corchane library,CNKI,Wanfang database and CBM database,a randomized controlled trial of psoriasis health education was conducted, and the retrieval time was up to November 2016.The quality of the included literatures was evaluated and the effective data was extracted.RevMan 5 software was used for Meta-analysis.Results:A total of 7 English literatures were included. The quality of life and the degree of skin lesions in the intervention group were not significantly improved compared with the control group, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Choosing the appropriate mode of health education is an important factor affecting the effect of health education.Through literature ananlysis, there are too many researches concerning face-to-face education, but there are less researches concerning digital technology and internet intervention. Therefore,it is suggested that high-quality clinical controlled experiments should be conducted to explore how to better implement digital intervention and to provide more reliable original evidence for evidence-based nursing practice.
