Influence of PDCA Intensive Management Model Based on KAP on the Quality of Sleep in Patients with Laryngeal Carcinoma Ttreated by Radiotherapy
Abstract：Objective:To explore the influence of PDCA strengthening management mode based on KAP on the sleep quality of patients with laryngeal carcinoma treated by radiotherapy.Methods:A total of 72 patients with laryngeal carcinoma treated by radiotherapy were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 36 cases in each group.The control group received routine health education,and the observation group received health education based on the PDCA intensive management model based on KAP.The influencing factors of sleep disorders were analyzed by questionnaires before and after the intervention,sleep quality and patients satisfaction between the two groups before and after intervention were compared.Results:After the intervention,the sleep quality of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction degree of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:PDCA intensive management model based on KAP can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients with laryngeal cancer and improve patient satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
